By creating an account and using IRONPEAK, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

IRONPEAK provides workout plans, an exercise library, a nutrition journal, progress tracking, and educational content. Premium features require a subscription.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

3. Subscription and payment

• Premium starts with a 21-day trial.
• Payment is recurring (monthly / quarterly / yearly), processed by Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Subscription; access remains until the paid period ends.

4. Medical disclaimer

Information and recommendations in IRONPEAK are for educational purposes and do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or diet program.

5. User conduct

You may not use the platform for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or distribute harmful content.

6. Intellectual property

IRONPEAK content is protected. The exercise dataset includes CC BY-SA licensed sources, properly attributed.

7. Limitation of liability

You use the platform at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss resulting from following recommendations.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Romanian law applies, and disputes are resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
